When you eat salad EVERY DAY like we do you find ways to make it delicious! This vinaigrette recipe is the ticket. Super fast and easy and also really good for you. You can throw it in a mason jar and give it a good shake to combine. The recipe is totally open to your additions as well. Some mustard, or chili flakes, or minced shallot would all be awesome additions. We create the dressing in a small mason jar and then just screw on a lid and store it in the fridge. The next time you have a salad just pull it out and let it warm up a little bit (sometimes the oil gets a little thick in the fridge), give it a good shake to recombine it and you are all set. Balsamic VinaigretteĀ 
2 parts olive oil (or any oil really)
1 part balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt and pepper
Sweetener (honey/sugar to taste)
